This girl and her "boss" scammed me out of over $1000

I was supposed to meet up with her at 2:00pm, when I got there i was told I had to talk to her "boss" first.

He started by stating some basic rules, then asked for a $300 "security" deposit. Incase things went sideways. I said sure and sent the $300

Then he said he needs another $200 for "reaming fees" then Kim would be right down to get me. ( this was in a hotel, I was in the lobby). So I paid that too.

Once I paid that he said “Sir now you done to meet Kim”

Then he asked if I had a Covid test and HIV test, and that it’s $400 to secure both of us and it also would be refunded once done. I asked” how many more surprises and fees? He said none sir, Just only this sir.

I reluctantly paid that too.

Then he wanted it in apple gift cards so I ran around buying gift cards and sending the pictures to him, by this time it is now 7 pm and I haven’t even seen Kim. When I asked for proof that she was even in the hotel she couldn’t prove it.

He then finally said at 9pm! “Sir I forgot to inform you about insurance fees just $140”

That’s when I pulled out and went home.

I don’t think they ever planned on me meeting her.

This is all over and above the $300 I paid for 3hrs with Kim.

Now they won’t refund and deposits even though I didn’t get to see her. He just keeps saying pay the $140 and all will be fine and you can see Kim

I refused to pay and threatened to shit post on All the escort review sites so here I am posting my nightmare story, buyer beware!!

Contacted for menu and price was told the menu = full meal deal $200… pay $100 through interac before was the request. I then ignored her because I’m not at all keen on giving my credit card to interac details to anyone

Couple of hours later she demands the full $200 for wasting her time and tells me how she’s going to post my details (she has none, email is faked, name is fake) on social media so don’t try and block her and yadda yadda yadda.

Local8151 i'm sorry this happened to you, but i highly recommend doing your research before seeing any of these providers. this includes looking the person up and doing some fact checking. i have been scammed several times too, and any monetary loss is devastating.

i think the loss you incurred is horrible. losing 1000 to something like this sounds unbearable. however, i think you are too lenient about these payments. you should approach all of these providers with a grain of salt -- meaning you think of the worst case scenarios.

also, try to find providers on reputable sites, particularly the ones with verified ads.

i'm sorry to hear about this and hope you have better experiences in the future.

Recently I contacted one that was on Leo and she didn't require a deposit. This was encouraging and she actually showed up at my Airbnb. She asked to be paid upfront which is normal procedure in my experience. I paid her $400 cash . She took her top off and talked my ear off for 20 minutes, got dressed and walked out the door saying she would be back.

It goes without saying but any ad that says they offer bbfs is 100% a scam. Lots of them on the less reputable sites.

I got scammed like this before and i definetely feel you. but this is how this whole business works really. you will find many people who claim they offer service X but when you meet them they will not do it. however, i can usually spot these ads, and in most cases its the younger ones that do this. if you dig into the details and it seems like the price is really good for the service you are better off approaching things with a grain of salt.

also, and i think this is a good equalizer, you will have some very good experiences which basically offset all the bad ones by a large margin. so you just need to look for the right ads.

scams are too common in this business. you gotta be careful.
