Whats in a name??

Hopefully no one is getting us two Violets confused now. I definitely do appreciate it if the new "Violet" has since changed her name. Agencies/ indies often deliberately use names of established sps in the hopes that clients will think it is the same person & the new girl will get a portion of the original's business, although I am sure that is not what's happening here. I am also sure that even if it was an sp Sidewinder didn't know that he would've made the same point. I am not sure how long Ashley Sweet has been in the biz but I know Ashley @ SU has been in the biz for quite some time, so why the assumption that Ashley Sweet used the name first & that Ashley of SU should be the one to change her name? Also, perhaps girls often don't realize they are picking a name that someone else in town has already used, especially when it's a fairly common name or if they chose it for a particular reason (i.e. it's their middle name or their favourite celebrity's name, etc..). I did choose the name Violet because I thought it was unique & did my best to make sure nobody else was using it at the time, so I would be slightly anooyed if someone was using the same name intentionally. But if they just thought they were being unique too that's nothing to get mad about. I did have some confusion about this before as well, since a couple months ago there was an ad in Monday Mag for a Violet doing indie duos with Carissa, & I had a number of people asking me if I had gone indie etc. I have no idea whether that "Violet" was new to the biz or what but it did cause some confusion, (since if you're still not clear, it was not me). Anyway thanks guys for clearing up the confusion. And ps, if you're reading this, thanks to a certain guy for the sexy nun costumes he recently brought me & Seven! xoxo Violet (the one from SU).
