You must have phoned one of the many agencies that advertise. They probably misled you by saying you don't have to tip any extra - and you don't if you are satisfied with a lacklustre massage and a hj for the quoted fee. They thrive on visitors who do not know about the EC ladies.

Agency was Double Duty Beauties, girl was some 22 yo spanish girl, didn't give her name, in hind sight, it was stupid to try the phone book. She didn't tell me that the $150 only got a hj until after I paid. Hind site I should have said give me my money back and leave at that point, but I was stupid in the 'lets get it done' mind set. I'm used to agencies being a good thing back in Victoria. I did do a quick search and browse of the winnipeg fourms but didn't see anything on the agencies listed in the phone book. Many of the ads in the Sun are no better -- many are agencies too. Similarly with CL - you cannot tell the legitimate indy ads from the agency type that require $.5 just to get the lady to visit. They don't care about repeat customers. One of my buddies who got burned said the lady was very surprised to find out he is local. Sort of threw her off, but she still tried to get as much as possible and did finally agree to the extra $ he stood fast on - thinking he would call again since he is local. Willing to bet most sessions are a big ripoff ... often it is late at night and guys are needy and the lady gets greedy ... and the needy gets greedy after a little teasing ... we are too weak!!!!!

Lesson learned

Well, guess it is a small price for a big lesson, don't be so trusting! I'll stick to what I know in the future. It was a last minute thing in Winnipeg, next time I'll do my research. I'll be back in Winnipeg and I know what not to do then for sure. Wonder why they have to scam, I'm sure SU in vic does better then any winnipeg agency just because of repeat customers. I scratched wrote a warning in the phone book for the next person who happens to finger through the 'e' section in that particular room. Maybe I'll steer someone away in the future.

I do not know of any independents that are listed in the yellow pages. I may be wrong on that but am pretty sure.

Its a hard way to learn that in Winnipeg you really have to do your homework.
Other cities are full of sexy, ladies that are who they say they are on the phone that work with agencies, the peg has such a bad rep for this rip off shit.
