I’m certainly willing to cut an SP considerable slack…but reading wingerern’s review about how smoke breath turned him off struck a cord with me. https://perb.cc/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=101767

Isn’t smoke breath bad for repeat business, given that a lot of us pooners are keen on LFK and DFK? Or perhaps most guys really don`t care?

I must say, the potential near-perfection of sessions with two otherwise fine SPs was recently spoiled for me by smoke breath. Though I try to focus on the good rather than the bad of a session, the ashtray taste of their mouths turned the joy of kissing into a struggle against nausea.

In fact, after my visit with one of these SPs I felt an awful, faintly numbing tingle in my mouth for hours. I did ask why she smoked, and she said it alleviates boredom of waiting for clients.

These SPs have gone to great lengths to be found attractive by men—both have enhanced breasts, for example. Strange they don`t seem to care about unattractive smoke breath.

I was thinking of suggesting they mask their smoke breath with mouth wash or something, but this seemed awkward, and it`s just easier for me simply not to go back.

Actually, I find the lack of use of mouthwash by sps who offer kissing, bbbjs, etc alarming. Yeah, I would suggest you see sps who do make use of the antiseptic/antibacterial mouthwashes available. It isn't just about fresh breath, you know?

And if they don't, you sure should. It can be something you take along with you.

Also, if it is an incall indy, the whole place must stink like smoke.

Actually- this is the reason I stopped seeing an ATF.

She did nothing wrong, we always had a great time together BUT it wasn't the smoke breath, she took care of that- it was the smoker's LUNG- the sour gross taste coming up from deep down while kissing her.

Over the last year it has gotten a LOT worse.

Call me shallow, but it turned me right off to the point I just don't want to see her.

Like bruins70, I also stopped seeing a past fav of mine due to smoke breath. There's nothing worse than kissing an ashtray. Sometimes, even with the mouthwash, you can just tell... biggest turnoff for me.

I'm at a loss! Do smoker's not realize that the odor is very pleasant to their partners ? Or is it a case of they do understand but they don't give a crap ?

Personal hygiene is a deal breaker, period!

I used to smoke and my pre-date prep was extremely thorough.. I thought there was no way for someone to know I was smoking.. I had no idea there was still a hint of smoke .. YUK!

I've since quit and am now able to tell which of my clients are smokers. I dont mind too much and really the smell/taste is a lot less noticeable after first kiss, but I hate it that my clients may have noticed it on me.

I do have to apologise to the clients I saw prior to quitting. Sorry, my lovelies!
It won't happen again!

Congrats to you Nina. The best choice you made for yourself and you heart, lungs and complection. I quit many yrs ago too and never looked back, but it took me shit load of times before I actually quit for good and I smoked for yrs.

One more vote for no repeats with smokers. Even with brushing and mouthwash, it is still on the breath. It is a turn off.

smoke breath

Just to add my two cents worth I wouldn`t repeat with an SP who had smoke breath no matter how good she was as it spoils it for me. On the bright side I haven`t run into it too often. Trav

It's definitely disgusting if you run across it... I try and keep my breath fresh when I see an SP - I am a non-smoker - I don't want to stick my tongue in an ashtray....

I have not smoked one cigarette in my whole life. I can not for the life of me understand why people smoke today, after all the awareness of the poisons they are made of.
Exactly... I grew up with two smoker parents, and after being cooped in the car with both of them smoking away in the middle of winter, I vowed never to take a single puff in my life... I think it's the most disgusting, filthy, and pointless thing a person can do...

why is it that everyone puts "an sp" such as in the subject line,

Does an SP's smoke breath affect your enjoyment?

this has made me crazy for a while, shouldnt it be " a sp"
True enough, but I guess "an SP" just slips off the tongue a little easier... ;)

Pun DEFINITELY intended...
