In Your Wildest Dreams!
Have any sps cancelled a session with a full refund, or before funds were even collected, because of this situation?

Also, perhaps the customer should be aware that this is a possibility in some situations.

JD
Yes.

About a month ago, I had someone show up who had quite evidently ignored my (INFAMOUS) restrictions; he was Punjabi speaking with almost no English vocabulary. Imagine my surprise when he communicated to me that he knew all about me, had read all about me, had read my ad, etc. I said to him POINT BLANK: "If you know all about me, then you know that I do not see South Asian men at my home." He agreed enthusiastically "Yes I heard that..." I asked him politely to LEAVE HIS MONEY IN HIS POCKET since he was clearly fondling it (or something else) in his pocket & go somewhere else. He left without argument but still seemed surprised that I would not change my mind once I saw his money.

You either agree to respect ALL of my restrictions, or you don't get the chance to see me. I don't need anyone's money so badly that I have to compromise my standards, and this includes the "Hey just so you know I stopped for something to eat on the way to your place so I've only got $190 on me now!" text I got from a client that should have known better. All I could think of was "dude! You should have spent more on dinner if you weren't going to ensure you had enough money to see me!" Then there was the dude who "had an accident' on his way to see me, so he sent a buddy along to fulfill the appointment...and after getting ready, driving to the out call location and being screwed around for an hour once I got there, I came home empty handed because I wouldn't accept the "I'm not paying the agreed-upon rate, but I will offer you SOMETHING" bullshit he was trying to feed me. You know what's more important to me than my wallet?

My dignity, and my self-respect. I may be a whore, but I'm not a victim.

(snip)Not to hijack this thread, but should a sp cancel a session before it even starts if she suspects that due to initial impressions she believe that the chemistry will be markedly lower than normal? Have any sps cancelled a session with a full refund, or before funds were even collected, because of this situation?(snip)
If chemistry were the deciding factor in this business/hobby I suspect a large portion of appointments would never occur. These ladies see us because we pay them to, not because we are suave and sophisticated (most of us anyway); this doesn't mean we have the freedom to treat them any way we want to, it means they wouldn't spend time with us without payment. Makes sense, no one on this board works for free. We might not always 'click' with someone, but the truth is, guys, the reason we go is for our pleasure, physical and/or emotional. For a lady to cancel an appointment because she wasn't getting a pleasurable 'vibe' from the client is her option, but from a business perspective it can be a bit disastrous.

(snip)Also, perhaps the customer should be aware that this is a possibility in some situations. What I mean is if the customer has some physical characteristics that a young lady is likely to find unappealing or even very unappealing, perhaps he needs to take ownership for any ymmv issues that may arise.(snip)
JD
If I walked into an appointment and the lady said she liked longer hair (I keep mine cropped pretty close)or brown eyes (mine are hazel) so my experience may not be as good as has been suggested to me, I'd leave a small "cancellation fee" and walk. I shouldn't have to "take ownership for any ymmv issues that may arise", that's her decision to reduce the quality of services based on my appearance. Not every guy seeing an escort looks like Richard Gere, some times they look like Jason Alexander. Again, it's her option, but not exactly financially beneficial.

Can you imagine the reviews on this board if every lady cancelled or reduced services because the guy paying her "didn't talk much, was going bald and could lose a few pounds"? (completely hypothetical quote btw) The mods would be working overtime.

Now, with all that being said; if a guy shows up and is clearly outside of the bounds set and stated by the lady, then he's going to have to go elsewhere. Pretty clear cut. There are certain things I do not do in my business and if asked will say so; I may lose business, but I operate within the boundaries I can work with.

Ms. P.
Sorry to hear about your 'bike' experiences. :D Some people clearly don't get it.

post the review,

this isn't about her as a person, it is about commercial services

if you are worried about it affecting her financially, it is affecting the customer financially not to post

the higher end SPs have the obligation as a function of the higher value proposition they are perceived to offer, to go out of their way to provide exceptional service

good service when you feel like it is reserved for the less professional and reflected in price

can't do C- work in school and expect an A on your report card, why should this be any different

on yer ignore list
disappearing reviews eventually take a toll on a woman's business as more and more guys catch on that there is a problem with service delivery. imo, better the woman post a single level headed response then back away and let the chips fall where they may

often times the thread gets so acrimonious between the supporters of the op and the white knights that the mods have to trim it severely, taking most of the sting out of it anyway

That explains a lot.
This is a common, and false, criticism of PERB. Honest negative reviews will not disappear unless the lady in question is on the Do Not Review list, or the OP decides to have the thread removed (or removes it themself within the editing window). There are boards out there that boast of negative review removal for paid ladies, this is not one of them.

It is a double edge sword and it cuts both ways

Quite a few years back I posted a review on CAF about a duo I had.I did not plan on the duo and it kind of got forced upon me.I posted my review which was a complete accurate time based/activity based recalling of it and I held no punches.Straight out I got crappy sevice and the bums rush just for the sake of the next guy getting serviced.

Both gals totally denied the way it went down and then one later offered a half assed apology. At the same time I got FLAMED by a bunch of guys who thought the gals were above reproach and I was obviously the offending douchbag because their precious gals who have sex for money with them would never act like I described

If you feel you got ripped off/hijacked/crappy service then speak your mind if it is just and truthfull.....and save somebody else feeling your regret.

business is business, so tough anything within the confines of this hobby is fair game, it ends when it gets personal.

that being said everyone has a bad day.

I remember the time I was with my long time sp and things weren't just right between us, it was off the sessions weren't there,
her and me got into it, it actually carried on into a message board.

at the end of the day she was under a lot of personal stress. which I was unaware of at the time,
we eventually made up and got back together

the point is you really don't know what is going on in some one's life.
a lot of good reviews says something one bad experience or a months worth or several months worth say something to,

there really is no answer be kind if you want, but at the same time we pay a lot of money,

yes she is a human being, and yes it is money, but so are we all, and its my money I'm spending.
