Just got back from a visit to CA to meet with Mandy. Appt. set for 10:40, but due to bad and confusing directions from phone girl arrived a few minutes late. In room at 10:45 paid Mandy for 45 minutes 160. She leaves the room returns 5 minutes later brought beer not water. She seems high or drunk. We get started, so so session as she is not quite there.

11:19 a loud bang on the door, times up she said and hops off leaving me high and dry. I expressed my feelings at this turn of events. It's the phone girl she says.

I told her I would not return as I don't like being ripped off, especially without getting off.

What a rip off.

I do apologize for your unsatisfactory experience. Both the phone girl and Mandy are new to us. I've clarified directions with the phone girl and explained to Mandy that after the knock there is 5 minutes to complete the appointment. She is also now more aware of our policy on drinking. No satisfaction

I tried to work this out privately with CA staff, but it does not seem to be possible. Fortunately there are many other alternatives out there. I guess it's a costly learning experience.

This is in no way to discount the posters complaints. I have been a happy customer of CA since shortly after they moved to where they are. On the one occasion something was not "right" I was happy with the "extra" time I got and glad to know they want to keep my business. As a BIG fan of "mandy" when she was at SU I would also encourage you not to let one bad episode dissuade you from seeing her she is definitely a favorite with me.

I was not offered extra time

I tried to work something out with castaff, they offered me a $30 discount on another session.

I pm'd back: While I appreciate the discount offer, I don't think it goes far enough in this case.

160+160-30+=290 for one session. the last one does not count to me as a session. If we had finished our business, it would be just a bad time. This was the non providing of the service paid for.

this was Thursday, no response from them.

As for Mandy hot girl, but drunk or high that night. Also she wanted to just do mostly a HJ and avoid too much actual sex. kept getting off the bed, to fix her hair, or look at herself in the mirror, or some other excuse. she also told me that she was new to the biz, and did not mention she had been working for SU before. Being new was the excuse she used for not knowing what the door knock meant etc.

I agree 30 discount on your next visit is not enough when you were so not looked after.
Yes it might cost the agency a couple of $$ to put it right but that is what you do when your business makes a customer error. I had a negative experience at another agency in town and the agency definitly hooked me up. I will not name that agency but if you read my previous posts you will find it. As i don't want my post to been seen as a shill for that agency.
Hopefully CA steps ups here....

As for the getting a discount or free visit or something because you feel ripped off, I just take the loss and move on myself.. not everyone is going to be for me and I accept that. $160 is not a big loss to me though....

Agreed too Athaire., but I think the point is, from a customer service point of view, $160 may not be alot of money to a company, but may be alot to an individual. For goodwill, refunding the $160 will go far, to discount vic dodd's experience by $30 is not really fair at all. I also agree that the last session doesn't really count as a session at all. I also agree with pussylover33...this could have been you. So i will post my support too, and I too will stay away from them too.

Just my opinion....

ps. CA seems to be getting hotter gals, but some of their service components and managements skills seem to be on the decline.

Should the agency be punished because one of the boys didn`t use the reference tools available? I do feel for Vic Dood though as this happened to me in Van not very long ago......

I don`t think full refund should be forthcoming as he did participate in the "ACT" for a period of time. He could have walked away when she showed up boozy but he stayed.......

Past performance may not indicate future performance. Case in point, many ppl said Audrey was the ice queen. I went to see her anyways and she was fantastic...one of the best sp's i have ever seen. Also since then, Audrey has made quite a reputation for herself. Vic dodd, may have given her the benefit of the doubt. And what happens if Vic Dodd wasn't even a member of perb? Should he get penalized for not utilizing the tools available?
As for performing the act for a certain time...its like a getting a contractor or using a "pay" toilet...if the act is incomplete, to the user, its like the act is done at all. Had the proper time and environment been there..the act could have been done. Yes he could have walked away...but again, He may have given her the benefit of the doubt. There are some sp's that I see that I consider "cripes" they aren't attractive at all, and i should leave or something. But I feel that i will give them a chance, and their personality and service shines and gets me off more than a hotter gal.

Again, everyone has their opinion, i am not saying yours is wrong, Athaire.

I don`t think a full refund is the thing either but there are other options... More time for the lower rate.... etc...
just me 2 cents worth....
Oh and Athaire, I love your level perspective on situations as that helps to contribute in a positive way to the board.
