Do you mean there are places that actually don't take cash? Or are you looking to avoid those places? I guess, like any business, you could always call and ask before going.
So you want to go to places that only accept cash? I think it goes without saying every place in the whole wide world takes cash. What's wrong with places that take debit or credit cards anyway?
I only deal in cash when I go to a MP; don't need the spouse seeing the credit card statement listing "Swan Lake, New Star, Relaxation massage", etc - those would be tough to explain ;-) Remember, those statements last a LONG time and can be retrieved even later by your partners - even if you were single at the time of the nasty deeds!!
