If you mean is it legal to have sex with a prostitute in a car, the answer is that it depends where the car is. If it is in a place where the public has access, like a shopping centre parking lot, then it is considered public property and it is illegal. If the car is say, parked in your garage, then it is legal.

I heard stories that sometimes female undercover cops pretended to be an escort then as soon as you offer $ to have sex, they can arrest you for soliciting prostitute. I was wondering if cops here do the same.

I just had it explained to me, by the bylaw enforcement officer. If a lady comes over to your vehicle, and talks to you from outside the vehicle, that is illegal. If she just gets in, then you can discuss whatever you want, and it is legal. I don't know, now that I think of it, if it is legal or not to "get it on" in the vehicle. I think that is what he implied, because he said it is private. Maybe it is audio privacy, but since there are windows, not visual privacy? Well, either way, the laws are really set up to put ladies in a more dangerous situation, just to not break the law.
