Best Hotel Room in Vancouver (GVRD)

I stayed there in 2019, it was $30k plus taxes for 2 nights. True it may have gone up a little, but that number will be in the ballpark.
They don't care unless you trash the room, or make so much noise that you disturb other guests. If you want to have sex, they don't mind at all.
Days Inn and a blindfold oughta do it.
here’s a thought...$10K on a room? just book one of the already touring highest end SP who will be staying in a luxury room of her personal comfort and choice. even if she was $1K an hour, well, you get the idea... $10k a night? man i’d just fly to Vegas. post Cv of course.
It isn't cheap, and I don't stay in $15k a day rooms regularly, but occasionally It's nice to treat yourself. I was only there 2 nights, so why not splurge, and enjoy it. People spend $500,000 on boats, cars, and 5 times that on their home, or vacation home. They don't do it for practical reasons, but its fun to splurge occasionally. No different than booking an SP for 4 hours to enjoy dinner and a walk with, before you head back to your hotel room. Sure it costs more than only booking 1 hour, but why not spoil yourself occasionally. I'm really hoping that Cami is around this summer, so on a trip to the Vancouver area, I can book a 4, or possibly 6 hour date with her. If I could make my dream come true, i would rather book a lady like Cami for 15 hours. Start the day off with an early morning bang, then spend time outdoors enjoying a walk, or some activity, go for lunch, return to her place or my hotel room, play for a couple hours, freshen up, stroll around town holding her hand, enjoy a luxurious dinner, before heading back indoors for a bath together, some pleasure time, and then walk her to a taxi, or if at her place, I'll grab a taxi. Would Such a date be economical, hell no, but a great way to spend a day. Life is short, so enjoy it while you can! A car crash, not my fault at all this January almost ended my life, and left me with some permanent physical problems, so enjoy your life, because a texting teenager could snuff you out tomorrow.
I suggest getting the app or checking out the website and look to see what’s available. It can be hard to make reccomendations as it depends on what is available when you are looking to go. The search feature is pretty good, put in what you are looking for, and see what there is.
There is always reason NOT to do something. I think you could have privacy issues at a hotel as well, and they can track your in and out as well. Technology.. it is everywhere
Respectfully disagree. AirBNB and VRBO are for someone looking for a different experience then a hotel... there are lots of options for all kinds of budgets. Ive stayed in plenty of places that were way more luxe than any hotel.
I searched the rooms at the Pacific Rim and found the Signature Ofuro King room.
It's kind of smallish and the decor of the actual room is a touch dated but I love idea of a 4 hour cycle of fuck-soak-eat-nap in a place like that.

Have you ever had any hotel care about the frequency of your coming and going? In my 43 years of life, hundreds of hotels I've stayed at, never has any hotel ever talked with me about any concerns over my conduct, much less how often I went in or out of my room. The only thing that has ever happened to me, was being instructed that the pool area was about to close for the night, and they said sorry but I needed to head up to my room. That was actually at 11:30 pm, when technically the sign mentioned it closed at 11 pm, they just didn't come to check on it then.
I have not. Nor have I had any issues with any of that AirBnbs I’ve stayed at.
So for something to do this morning, I googled 'Luxury Air B and B in Vancouver ' then read a few articles. Looked at links to the top 2 listed in an article, both require a minimum stay of 30 days, very impractical to book 30 days, if there for a short trip. Discovered that in Vancouver, it's law for them to be a minimum booking of 30 days, interesting. In 2018 I booked what was classified as a high end Air B and B in Calgary, which turned out to be a great disappointment, and believe that tarnished my impression of them, wish I had booked a hotel.
Most hotels don't have balconies unless you get a suite or higher, which is usually a big price point jump. They're not really walled and usually have privacy in the shape of being fairly high up. I'm guessing you're thinking about balcony sex, and at night with the wind and the height it's not going to be a very good experience, even if you find someone willing to participate with you. They have to be fairly committed to the act.
Understanding concierge and front desk for me means I can call down and say "I'm room number 404, and I'm expecting a friend in the next hour, could you please buzz her into the elevator when she arrives?" and they'll reply with "Yes, sir."
Use their website. Their app seems to have simplified their search process to be more geared towards people finding themselves suddenly in desperate need of accommodations.
Of course they will buzz them up in the elevator, their entire job is to the service of their customers. If someone stays at the place with $50/day rooms, expect shitty service. When you stay at a good hotel, service is the name of the game. No different than ordering pizza, or greek, they buzz them up. At least Vanperb has been staying in quality hotels. Some of you from reading your posts, need to upgrade establishments you stay at.
