If the girl is truly into DFK (not the light kissing kind), GFE is usually there as well. So you can just filter by age / reviews.

My favorites are outside of your target age, except Vivien Vixen of 6456 agency (3638 was their number before). She's a great kisser but she's more GFE + PSE flavor, I don't know if that's too intense for you.

Girls of Outlook group have reliable GFE as a standard and the posted age is quite honest. Not sure of the current roster, I'd look there and check reviews to verify.

The DFK thing has always been a need. I’m just lip sensitive and it’s a big thing. So when in a Mp and asking if that is available there are so many no’s and disgusting looks that I gave up. What does help is to stay with one provider and form a relationship that leads to that.
However I’ve run into some great DFK deals once there is some familiarity developed. You can’t blame a gal for turning it down on a first meeting

DFK is a need of mine also so I always inquire first if it's allowed and if not then adios muchacha!
That's why I prefer long term arrangements with someone who does it. I can't just have a quickie anymore I need a connection otherwise the ship don't float
