First off let me say that I am not a strong beleaver in coincidences, with that being said, Last thursday I went to the atm machine to get some cash , it wasnt much, just enough to hold me over til monday, well when the machine spit out my receipt I had to do a double take, what it the machine said I had for a balance was considerably short for what I thought should be in the bank.

Well it was thursday evening and it wouldnt be posted to my account yet the reason why I was so short. So I waited till Monday then did a check on my account by on line banking and there it was, almost $400 U.S to Van accomadation services of surrey.B.C Well #1 I have never been to surrey and #2 I have never used a van accomadation service before. The last time I was in vancouver was last July and the Last time I was in canada was in sept. that was when I took a little trip to victoria.

On each trip I saw a couple or three different ladies, and on each trip I was out of sight of my wallet once, I am not being accousatory, but you all can draw your own inferences about what i am trying to say.

Agree 100%.

How are you going to explain the theft to the cops if it happened while you where engaged in some sort of illegal activity.

Its like a drug dealer asking the cops to help him collect money

Cash - coin of the realm.... that's the only way to go...

You know before hand what the "fee" is - take that and some extra just incase the time you spend is "especially rewarding"....

Leave your wallet in your desk, your car... not with you....

Dittman are you talking about your ATM card? Even if a SP got your card number or was sophisticated enough to transfer the info from your magnetic strip how could she access you account without the PIN, unless you also keep a record of your PIN in your wallet? If someone accessed your account it would more likely be someone that could duplicate the information on your magnetic strip and acquire your PIN at the same time.

it was my atm card, and what it is you can use it like a credit card, all you need is the number and i think i figured out who did it but because there is no proof i cant really say anything. Like i said before i dont beleave in coincidences.
