Asians near PNE?

I'll be in Vancouver for a week, but am VERY busy with work and in no position for outcalls with the company I'm staying with. Any amp, micro, etc., in the vicinity of the PNE recommendations would be appreciated, preferably ones open to mornings. I love a morning jog.

you can jog east to find some MPs and amps.
none of them very generally good ones...
although many recommend Lisa at Hawaiian.
