Asian Thread Closed

Does anyone know why the Asian thread got closed? For some reason, I can't load the last page, so if there's an explanation there I can't see it.

(For the mods): Just to be clear, I'm not questioning *that* it got closed, just wondering what the reason was.

Threads that have run that long are often closed, there was also a lot of requests to close it.
