There was an article in yesterday's Sun where an Ontario court ruled that masturbating a massage client is not considered a sexual act, and therefore the place it was done could not be considered a common bawdy house.

Good news for the MP's here...

The thing I find funny is that Bill Clinton was cited as a reference for the ruling, basically because he said he didn't have sex with Monica, then that activity can't be considered sex...

Yes, I've pretty much always considered Bill Clinton to be the arbiter when it comes to deciding what should or shouldn't be considered a sexual act.
