Answering my own question, I tried Ella yesterday. She's a friendly, very petite Taiwanese born; her English is quite good, easy to communicate. Works Mon and Fri.
Her massage was good, not great, she's not very strong so the massage was not Stella quality. She did give a full body massage.
She said she doesn't do topless but she let me reach down her shirt and play with her nips during the HJ. She was also ok with me squeezing and playing with her covered butt. HJ was also just good; not great. She did tease my nipple a bit and it was all OK but at the end she jackhammered a bit.
I might repeat but nothing to write home about. She did not ask for any particular donation. The room fee was $60 for an hour. We went slightly overtime and I generously tipped her $90. $150 total. I wanted to encourage her to go toplesss, in the event there is a next time. I could not tell if she was pretty as she kept her mask on the whole time.
Overall, a pleasant experience that would not be anywhere near Stella's best day.
