Good luck if you want to try out the clubs/brothels most of them won't let you in as a non-japanese. I went to some a few years back, but only got in because of connections to the Yakuza, some were clients of mine. They are expensive and the girls really don't want to deal with non-japanese.
Shibuya, in central Tokyo was a good place to go to pick up some of the part timers. But keep in mind, many of them are/were high schoolers making an extra buck.
You'll probably make out pretty good on the free market if you want to go that route. A buddy lives and works in Tokyo, he's Canadian, he says as a white guy you can get yourself a different girl every night.
