does anyone know where i can see these two? Angelina is still on the roster but never works, and Elisha is MIA. any intel would be greatly appreciated

Your best bet would probably be to call and make an inquiry with the phone girls. Some foxes are seasonal, like summer fox lol. Some live out of province/country or are busy with work/school and are listed as limited availability. Kinda sucks, cause a couple of the really drop-dead gorgeous ladies are on the other side of the world. 
actually i was hoping one of them work indy or somewhere else. carman fox has some hot chicks but you cant talk about services until after they already have your money
I imagine there are quite a few- they probably don't speak of it openly because the agency doesn't like not being able to get a piece of the pie! lol.
I dunno, maybe go see the fox and when she warms up to you, ask if she'd consider providing you with her services on the side? Worth a shot I think. I'd ask if it wasn't for lack of location for me to host. Stuck w/ the fox den lol.
