Some asshole called him this morning and said to Chuck, "You're a noob, and I'm a pooner", and then hung up. Chuck didn't know what a pooner was, and a few minutes later, he gave definition no. 6:
http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=pooner&skip=0
Interestingly enough, of the 13 definitions listed there, none of them fits PERB's definition.
I've said before that "pooner" and "pooning" are exclusive to PERB, and that elsewhere, pooners are called "hobbyists" (North America) , "punters" (U.K.) or "mongers" (worldwide). I guess that proves it.
Maybe one of us should submit definition no. 14 for "pooner".
