OK - I checked the facts, the pope was shot in 1981. He nearly died - my mistake. Thank you ever so much LG for helping me set the record straight. But I still don't think Prince Charles should have married a horse!!! BTW did you know Ronald Reagan was shot that year as well, and thats AIDS was first identified in 1981. Not only that - on January 20 of that year, the Iranians freed the 52 hostages they had been holding since 1979. Oh, LG - you are sooooo smart!!
