It seems like a fair number of SP's offer MSOG, but in reading reviews, it is pretty rare that it actually happens. Most guys don't seem to be able to. Is this a fair assumption? Personally, I find if I "save up" for a few days previous, I'm usually able to get off twice pretty easily...
