Do you cheer for other Canadian NHL teams in playoffs?

I have been a Canucks fan since I moved here and do not root for any other team to win. Lots of my Canadian friends start cheering for any Canadian team to win the Stanley Cup once the team they support are out of the playoffs or didn't make it. I would be so mad if the Leafs won the cup.

Any other Canuck fans do this?

After the Habs shit the bed, it's kind of a moot point?

There's a difference between a mild preference or cheering for them and going out and buying a jersey etc. It's been a very long time since the Cup was won by a Canadian team. It would be nice to bring it back up north, but never the Leafs. Their fans would be insufferable.

Honestly, sure. I will happily support another Canadian team if the Jets don't make the playoffs or get eliminated. Having said that, there are a few that will NOT get my support in any way, shape, or form: Vancouver, Ottawa, and least of all, MONTREAL!

most likely we ain't gonna see any canadian hockey teams go past round two (in the playoffs) for the next three years. unless edmonton pulls a miracle for McJesus, within the next two years.

Habs ain't droppin off, core is young and locked up, attractive team for free agents too

Oilers window is done, 51mill a year for 5 players and shit goaltending ain't gonna get ya far.... Oilers can't risk losin him for nothin, traded within next 2 years, Hyman free agent same year as him too.. . Does Leon ride out the rest of his contract, I doubt it
