Curiosity ,,, any advice ?

So here I am, a senior gentleman in my late seventies, a widower. I'm almost leaning towards placing an ad in Leo's List for a nice clean young lady ( to age 40, ethnicity no issue whatsoever ) who would come to my home as an "outcall ".
Spend an hour, ( no restrictions ) I'm okay with a fee of $ 350 - $ 500 for the lady's services. I have contacted three separate ads on LL pure scams ,, deposits etc.

I'm wondering if my age is an issue ? no question there are ladies out there that are comfortable with a senior, generous gentleman with impeccable hygiene. They are few and far between, when I do find someone I'm perfectly comfortable with they are here one day and gone the next !!
I have a spotless modern condo in central Kelowna, the lady's safety is absolutely guaranteed ,,, just can't seem to find the right lady. And yes I've tried HH ( would never go back there ) and BB, BB was okay but $ 460 for the actual session I had was overpriced ( just my opinion ).
