i did end up checking this place out in the burbs of richmond. the short is the massage was pretty good with nice attention to the neck (no pun intended). actually spa like for me but it maybe a hard massage for some. the rub - well, she did ask me with 10 min remaining if i wanted anything...

She's been advertising heavily the past month with this ad. Lately, she disclosed her name as Cindy and advertises 45min/$45 for massage. Any intel on her? Cheers.
