This should be in 411 Section. Good massage + CBJ is a combo that's hard to come by. You can get few good massage + HE options in East Van. Eva is one we all talked about around Joyce area. I know there a couple of ladies in Windsor on Fraser offer massage + CBJ but YMMV.

It really depends what area you are looking for... if you just want massage and budget is a consideration, Amy at Earles is probably your best bet. Pretty well known here and you might be able to get HE if you are lucky. Here is one of many threads about her shop...
