"Scoring" refers to obtaining something, like drugs or sex, for free or paid for. Earliest use was 'to obtain', then it began to pertain to having sex (paid or otherwise) and later to obtaining drugs. So yes, anyone here having sex is, indeed, scoring.

At some point people need to start acting like adults regardless of the 'past/triggers' etc. It takes work to be an adult and too many people simply don't want to take on that responsibility and grow up. No one is perfect, but we can all try to be better than we are now.
