buddy of mine saw some recent story on tv by Dan Rather (former CBS News) regarding LE crackdown in Portland on pooning. LE has busted couple of the places in the lame scene here in Seattle. Guess LE in WA and OR having nothing else to do. Aforementioned review boards are the way to go as usual.
