Well, VanessaofBC, I think you are making a mistake, by not giving members credit for being able to adjudicate the validity of claims in reviews. The best cure for a bad review is a good review. Most readers of these reviews are intelligent enough to evaluate them in their totality. A guy who complains about you not providing some service is probably doing you a favor, since then other readers will understand your limits, and be less likely to bug you about them. Frankly the general public, not Perb users, are more likely to give you trouble.
