Thank you very much for your post both good and bad I will take this
time to inform everyone on the board as everyone knows their is
always two sides to a story.
Primarly the last visit with Anna was plagued with mishaps from the beginning Her stop in Vancouver was plagued with cancellations due to the fact that the area her hotel was located in was in the middle of major construction which made it very difficult for clients to visit her and being the season and lots of events every hotel was booked solid (this appears to be a lose lose situation because if we had moved her to a 2star hotel that looks like a
hostel that would been another reason to post a bad review it
appears that we will have to start sending scouts to the locations
prior to model arrivals

)
Then upon arrival to Calgary there was a mixup up at the hotel which
messed up her stay and she was forced to move hotels which as you
can see her situation is now getting progressively worse as we had
to cancel clients and wait last minute to inform new clients which
does not look good on anyones part and we try to make this seamless
but it seems that an explanation (which is well deserved in anycase) would be the only thing that would bring a little light on a dark cloud. As you will see it does get worse for Anna as her trip continues.
Anna now arrives in Edmonton hoping to end on a good note
only to find that her lovely hotel does not provide direct access to
her floor and she is now forced to meet clients in a seperate area
which even as simple as the directions were is still quite
complicated as we were baffeled by people saying that she was not
there even when we had her on the phone and she was saying that she
was where she was supposed to meet with them until.....
One of the clients called us and said he was there and we told him
to stay on the line and then we called Anna and had them both on the
line at the same time and they both said they were where they were
supposed to be (yup the situation is as confusing as that last
sentence

) and it took us almost 15min to bring them
together (if the person who we speak of is a poster on this board
and can verify this statement it would be appreciated).
There are also those that call up to the room and provide unwanted
attention to her presence. So as you can see Anna was not tired from
all the people she had seen she was drained from all these
unfortunate mishaps and I know that professionalism and "being on
the ball" so to speak is important as we all work hard for the $$$
and you could possibly care less of what she had been through, but as
you can imagine there is only so much someone can take.
That is why she took less clients as she did not want to disapointment
anyone (as she was trying to also improve on her status from her
first tour being a rookie to the touring aspect) but in trying to
please everyone it appears that she did just that... disapoint.
As for Anna's donation it could have been much higher and she would
have received no negative reviews and statements like her "being
tired after seeing so many guys no wonder" and that being a
"turnoff" would not exist. We believe that Anna should have taken
the suggestion of one of the posters who said that it should be
raised but she did not want to because she is a canadian herself and
felt it would be nice to offer her fellow canadians a discount
instead of the usual donation charged to our neighbours to the south
which would put her beyond the range of most pocketbooks.
This is the explanation that everyone asked for both from Anna and
our end and is written without prejudice and malice. Those of you
now know why some of you had to wait long for responses and as some
of you might know at the same time we also had a separte problem
with Kimberly at the same time which made matters and delays worse.
As for others who use yahoo well that is beyond our control as we
have posted a message on our registration page stating that we no
longer accept yahoo.com or .ca extensions due to the fact that yahoo
email users do not get our emails or get them very late and it does
not help when you provide incorrect contact info (i.e. cell#
555.555.5555 or N/A or 403.123.4567) we have no intrest of calling
anyone out of the blue and as you can see we value the privacy of
our clients and understand that discretion is most important.
In attempts once again to better herself she has been informed of
all these reviews that have been posted but what was written here
was written in order to provide the well deserved explanation and
without Anna's knowledge as she is not looking for pitty but as the
agency that represents her and for respect for our valued clients we
felt that an explanation that people are asking for is more than
warranted and possibly overdue and we appologize for that.
As for Anna not coming back to Calgary you will have a chance to let us know as we will start a poll and if that is what you want we will oblige your request as that will be a choice that you have made as a whole. As for any inconvieniences that we have caused we appologize for that as well and trust that it will not have a negative impact on any other models that decide to visit your city.
