East indian, south asian, or west indian? Your title says east indiat, but the content says wast indian. And by your screen-name, I assume you are of of East INdian descent.
Simple searches reveal the answers to your questions.
But just to be more helpful, the existance of the "unicorn" of an EI provider who accepts EI clients has not been reliably reported on this site. As you would know, there seems to be a cultural issue at play. Both in the number of EI women who choose this profession, and in that tiny number, the subset who see EI clients.
There are, in larger cities, like Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver, a handful of such providers, but none seem to travel to our fair city.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I am sure there are plenty of wonderful women who can take care of your sexual needs out there, though.
You won't find one honestly. There may be one or two but my EI roommate has told me firsthand that most EI SPs do not take EI clients because they are never discreet, or other scumbag issues which I won't get into.
I even had an EI SP that I asked (for my roommate) and she declined him despite me knowing her for 2+ years with multiple visits.

I have seen Jazz, she is an attractive EI provider. As for seeing EI Men, I can not say, as I do not know the answer.
As for the discretion aspect I would have to agree with wihgs' roommate.

If you are EI, then why would you need to question your EI roommate, and how would your roommate know this unless she herself was an SP.

In the second statement you indicate that you have been turned down by EI providers. Are you EI yourself?

This one is for some of the EI men.
I understand that some EI men, seem to be confused about the west indian term.
It seems to me that some that use the term are either confused or are trying to confuse, by implying that it refers to the western region of india.
Globally west indian refers to the caribbean.
Countries such as Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Belize, Suriname, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, etc.
Many of these countries have very large numbers of people of Indian descent, and are referred to as west indian.
Perhaps be more specific, for example: if looking for an SP from northern india, try stating an EI provider from Uttar Pradesh or surrounding provinces.
India is a diverse country, and the people from different regions, indeed do have different features, so I can not criticize against specificity.
Please do know, that your options are limited.
Also please garner some respect for these women, as many may have started into this profession, as a means of survival.
And many stay, because of the allure of the money and not our dicks.

I meant to say I asked my EI SP on behalf of my roommate, she declined him, not me. I thought maybe as I knew her and was a regular she would make an exception
You should reach out to them, to find out where to visit.
They advertise on LL.
You are correct that the majority of the adds for EI women, are in fact scams or bait and switch.
Many of the EI women who are legit, refuse to see EI men.
Being attracted myself to EI women, I know just how alienated and alone I would feel if I could not see EI women, so I do empathize with you.

The only markets where you might find this, are possibly Vancouver or Toronto.

If you are willing to travel, both PERB and the baby cow board does some mention of EI providers in Alberta... as well as the local advertising sites.
