Hotels to avoid for outcalls?

Hello all,

Fairly new to perb. I'm thinking of spending a few nights in Vancouver and was wondering which hotels (luxury) to avoid for outcalls. Will be in downtown looking at the Westin or the Fairmont in particular.

I've never had an issue at any hotel. I can't see it being a problem unless you are bringing in ladies who are not discreet or disturbing other guests.

The Westin can be a little confusing with the multiple towers, and I've seen several ladies over the years wandering around confused and asking staff for directions. I even seen one well known lady walk up to the front desk, loudly proclaim that it was a busy night and she was out of condoms. They just reached into a basket on the back counter and gave her some more. So the hotel obviously isn't too concerned, and the elevators aren't key carded.

Fairmont hotels are key carded, but not floor specific. As long as the hotel still has traffic, it's easy enough to just get in the elevator, let someone else swipe their card and piggyback off of that.

Stick with ladies who are discreet and treat everyone with respect and you should't have any issues. My guess is that most hotels have a pretty good idea of who the working ladies are, but as long as she isn't hustling up guests in the bar or hasn't treated staff rudely, either on this visit or previously, they really don't care.

From my personal experience, pick a hotel which is the only one with its name in the city (ie, if there's only one Westin or Fairmont, good. But if there is a 'downtown' Westin and 'North Van' Westin, avoid.

My story: was meeting an SP at a Holiday Inn. She tells me "its the one off of Route 8" (at least, that's what my brain says; this is in another city down in the US). I say "Great, know exactly where that is. Be there in a jif." I head over, park, she texts her room (say, 114), and I go looking, back & forth in front of the lobby, business center, fitness room - that room doesn't exist! There are NO rooms on the first floor. I text back "Where is 114?" Her:"Its past all the construction." This hotel has NO construction going on, so I ask "Which Holiday Inn is this again?" Her:"The one at the end of Route 8" I finally figure out its when Route 8 ENDS and turns into another road, not the one that's 3km away just OFF of Route 8. So... I send an apologetic text, she says don't sweat it, and I speed off to the correct Holiday Inn. When I get there, she wasn't joking about construction - I find myself going up a floor, across the hotel, down a floor, then find her room. So much for stealthy discretion!

Anyway, we end up having a fun time and fortunately she was cool about the mis-communication and had some flex in her schedule, else it could have ended up a frustrating waste of time for both of us!

That was before bill c-36 when outcalls were legal, now they are illegal

VPD and City council have indicated unless there is human trafficking or some sort of disturbance; they won't intercede to enforce C-36.

OP sometimes staff at some higher end hotels scrutinize people getting on the elevators.

I always leave the option open for the lady to meet me in the lobby before heading up to my room.

If they receive complaints ( for example from hotel managers) they have to respond to complaints and enforce the law

and you are able to give an example of this ever happening or that is just you saying it ?

I've seen security in action at a hotel lounge asking certain people to move on. Not one VPD was present the whole evening.

I assure you the hotel wants things to run as discretely as possible without having to call police.

if they don't call the cops they can run into trouble and charged with profiteering

Your posts all seem really focused on the effects of C-36.

Please provide links to actual arrests based upon your assertions. Especially within the City of Vancouver where there has been minimal police involvement to date. I follow the news very closely in this regard and have yet to see any of what you claim.

VPD sais it's low priority doesn't mean they will never enforce it, when they receive complaints then it becomes high priority. You don't know if all the arrests are published in the news or you might be the first one prosecuted

Not unless they have a strong reason too.

In the situation of a man and woman in a hotel room.. it's a lot of hearsay and speculation as long as the woman doesn't admit to anything outlined in c36

Remember social escorting is legal and two consenting adults is legal. A client paying for a intimate service however is where the problem lies.. issue vpd is interested in tackling is those problems of coercion and control where there isn't consent. ie. Girl who looks drugged up and 18 posted on LL or a 'manager' getting parts of him serviced in a BP ad, things of this nature would warrant interest from LE.

As long as you're booking a nice normal girl to your hotel there's no concern. Simply what's called a spotlight effect in psychology. This is where a person thinks everyone is noticing everything to do with them and will derive certain conclusions on their own.

After all no one knows what's happening and how two people know one another !

Unless you are client number nine.

If you are a well known person, you are SOL. Doesn't matter if you are Pope or criminal.

In Your Wildest Dreams!
Pan pacific is Very discrete
I agree! I also have some great memories at the Sutton Place! :eyebrows: Neither hotel has a key card elevator, both have very busy lounges & restaurants in the lobbies with plenty of traffic going through them, & both have beautifully appointed rooms! On one stay at the Pan Pacific my guest and I were upgraded to the Club level. It includes a lounge that offers continental breakfast, cocktail hour appetizer & no host bar all day long! Food is great, service is terrifc! Only thing that distinguishes is location: Sutton Place is perfectly poised for shopping and dining at Robson Street & that neighbourhood, while the Pan Pacific is great for the Convention Centre & Coal Harbour!

That was an excellent story.

I bought the used DVD of the documentary.

As for WINNIPEG

The Regis, The Airport Inn & even the Marlborough Hotel at times.

All have had reports of Bedbug issues. Like we really wanna bring little critters home with us.
Some SP's have decided to room at them every now and again.

It's a 1 star in comparison to some of the mentioned places but avoid the sleepy lodge in coquitlam/burnaby like a plague whether you're a client or sp.
